About this tool
Paste FASTA or raw DNA/RNA. For each record the tool reports length, GC and AT content, base counts, and the reverse complement (5′→3′).
Headers start with >. Lines without a header are treated as one unnamed sequence. Non-letter characters and whitespace are ignored.
Limits
Sequences longer than 500 000 bases are truncated for browser safety. This is a sequence inspector, not a full aligner or assembler.
