Timetable Builder

Create a weekly school, work or room timetable and print it.

About this tool

Choose the title, start/end times, block length and five to seven days, then Create timetable. Fill each day/time cell with a subject, meeting, room or note. Cells accept multiple lines; a normal Enter adds a line. The final block ends at the chosen end time even if shorter than the other blocks. All times are within one day; table times use 24-hour notation. Time inputs follow the browser’s regional settings. Overnight schedules are not supported.

Entries belong to a weekday and exact start/end interval, not a row number. Changing the grid never silently moves them to a different time. Matching intervals retain their entries; other entries remain in memory and in the plan file, and return when the original intervals return. Editing setup removes the old grid until you create it again. The title updates immediately.

Print opens a separate, light A4 landscape layout containing text rather than input widgets. Long plans may span multiple pages; headers repeat. Browser print settings can override paper size and margins. Allow popups if printing is blocked.

It includes hidden entries and incomplete time fields. Existing valid plan files are still supported. No server or uploads.

Limits: title 120 characters, entry 1,000 characters, 2,000 entries and 200,000 text characters total; imported JSON up to 2 MiB. This is a manual weekly template, not automatic scheduling, conflict detection, a calendar or recurring event synchronization.

Only input values are remembered in this browser. Calculated results and experiment histories are not saved.
