Enter subscriptions with their price, billing period and category, then Calculate. Use the same currency for every row; amounts are not converted between currencies. Blank rows are ignored. A named subscription needs a price, including zero for a free plan.

Monthly equivalents: annual price ÷ 12, quarterly price ÷ 3, weekly price × 4.345. Yearly totals are monthly totals × 12. The weekly conversion is an approximation. Category names are trimmed and grouped exactly; subscriptions without a category appear under misc. Counts are subscriptions per category, not evidence of duplicate services.
