Markdown Table

Load a Markdown table, CSV or TSV, then edit headers and cells in the grid. Choose alignment for each column; add or remove rows and columns. Markdown updates immediately. Source edits discard the current grid; copy/download your result before replacing it. Nothing is stored or transmitted.

Markdown requires a header and valid delimiter row. CSV/TSV uses the shared strict CSV parser, including quotes and multiline cells. Rows must have equal width; no cells are silently dropped. Pipes and backslashes are escaped, newlines become <br>, raw HTML and entities are escaped as text. Other inline Markdown syntax is retained. GFM tables support inline content, not block-level paragraphs.

Pretty alignment estimates Unicode display width, including combining marks, wide characters and emoji; actual fonts may differ. Limits: 100 rows, 20 columns, 2000 characters per cell, 4000000 input/output characters and 200000 total cell characters. Over-limit edits keep the grid available for correction.
