Flashcard practice

Practice a shuffled deck, reveal answers, rate recall and repeat missed cards.

About this tool

Enter one question | answer per line, or paste two tab-separated columns from a spreadsheet. Spaces around the separator are optional. The first pipe or tab separates the question from the answer; later separators belong to the answer. Blank lines are ignored, but malformed lines reject the whole deck and identify the line. Questions cannot contain literal pipes or tabs; multiline cards, quoted CSV and images are not supported.

Start practice shuffles the entire deck. Each card appears once per round. Recall its answer before choosing Show answer, then honestly select Remembered or Again. Rating is available only after revealing the answer. These are your own judgments, not automatic answer checks or measured knowledge.

A completed round shows its own totals. Repeat missed cards starts a new shuffled round containing only cards rated Again; Practice all cards includes the original deck. Restart starts the original deck again. There is no delayed repetition schedule, typed-answer grading or cross-session learning history.

The editor collapses during practice. Open it to edit, restart or save the exact deck as text. Editing ends the current round. No server or uploads.

Limits: 200 cards, 65,536 source characters, 2,000 characters per question/answer. Text is displayed literally, without HTML or Markdown execution. Buttons work with the usual Tab/Enter/Space; Ctrl/Meta+Enter in the editor starts practice, while plain Enter adds a line.

Only input values are remembered in this browser. Calculated results and experiment histories are not saved.
